SDFEssex Self Defence Review

SDFEssex AntiBullying Self Defence I enrolled my two boys ages 10 and 13, to join the SDFEssex antibullying self defence for several reasons.
Firstly school bullying is rife in many schools. When such a situation would arise with my sons it was always a challenge for me to advise on the best approach to deal with these occurrences.

SDFEssex instructor Richard gave very clear advice on how to deal with and defuse an aggressive approach from someone.
Reasonable force was also discussed and the reasons behind why you should or should not deal with an attacker in a certain way. From the many ways to restrain a person, to having the confidence to shout out, (which is not as easy as it sounds, especially if you are a shy person). I do feel this has simultaneously given my sons invaluable life skills. With the added benefit of exercise and confidence whilst having fun with a great team of people.

Thank you SDFEssex
