SDF Essex self defence training
From 2018 SDF Essex self defence launched a series of parent and child taster classes in the Essex school holidays, to book a class please call for next dates. The taster classes run in Billericay, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Colchester and Rayleigh.
Half day beginners classes in Brentwood and Chelmsford.
Parent and Child Self Defence class in Essex School Holidays
The next Parent Child self defence taster class in Rayleigh 17th February 2020. This parent and child self defence taster class is ideal for children attending school years 6 and 7.
Ages 10 and 11 are often when children start to have a little more responsibility and independence, start walking to and from school and prepare to move up to or within secondary school.
